📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders on complex compensation matters • Lead enterprise or cross-functional compensation projects (e.g., job architecture design, pay structure development, compensation program redesign, market pricing strategies) • Conduct and provide oversight of job evaluations and leveling assessments • Analyze external market data and internal equity to develop strategic, data-driven compensation recommendations • Provide leadership and direction during compensation planning cycles • Develop, refine, and govern compensation policies, guidelines, and tools • Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership on regulatory compliance • Support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs • Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to compensation systems and workflows • Mentor and coach junior compensation team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Typically 7-10+ years of progressive compensation or related analytical experience • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or enterprise initiatives • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic outcomes • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
