📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to CPAP patients • Conduct proactive and reactive patient outreach for CPAP therapy • Place and take inbound/outbound calls to coach patients on CPAP therapy • Troubleshoot equipment issues for patients • Utilize manufacturers' software to review patient usage information • Assist patients with understanding the effectiveness of therapy • Ensure accurate documentation of patient accounts • Suggest ideas and identify opportunities for business growth

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred • Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
