📋 Description
• Identify and prioritize the most critical school systems and processes to document • Organize existing resources into clear, accessible formats • Draft and refine documentation that reflects real practice • Collaborate with in-country staff to ensure practicality and cultural appropriateness • Support continuous improvement by updating documents based on feedback • Travel to South Asia annually for collaboration
🎯 Requirements
• Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI’s Global Value to “Abide in Christ” • Experience in education, instructional coaching, school leadership, operations, documentation, or systems work • Strong written communication skills • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs/Drive) • Cross-cultural sensitivity
