📋 Description
• Provide hospice triage nursing support by telephone • Work full-time nights and weekends • Assess patient needs and provide triage guidance • Deliver customer service and verbal support to patients and families • Use computer systems in the course of triage nursing duties
🎯 Requirements
• Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing • Experience with telephonic triage nursing • Excellent customer service, assessment, and verbal communication skills • Computer skills • Compact RN License
