⢠Support ServiceNow implementation from proposal through delivery ⢠Lead requirements-gathering sessions and capture details for solution design ⢠Write effective user stories for developers and support the technical team ⢠Build relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team ⢠Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to reduce effort and meet business and design requirements ⢠Lead quality management reviews ⢠Support test-plan development and organizational change management ⢠Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed
đŻ Requirements
⢠At least one year of ServiceNow delivery experience ⢠Business Analysis experience in a ServiceNow environment ⢠Ability to gather thorough requirements and write effective user stories for development ⢠Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow functionality to stakeholders ⢠Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or SDLC processes ⢠Hands-on ITIL experience ⢠US citizenship required ⢠Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship ⢠ITIL Foundation Certification is a bonus ⢠ServiceNow System Admin certification is a bonus ⢠Understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as related to ITIL is a bonus ⢠Experience interfacing with clients is a bonus ⢠Experience leading teams or projects is a bonus
