📋 Description

• Utilize extensive business process expertise and experience to design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform • Ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality • Own the overall outcome of your projects

🎯 Requirements

• Business process experience on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform • Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite • Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools • Certified System Administration (preferred) • Two years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum) • Strong presentation skills • Strong project and situational awareness • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter • Able to travel of at least 25%
