• Customize and develop applications in ServiceNow for operational and real estate management using JavaScript, GlideScript, and integration strategies. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable and functional solutions. • Perform system integrations with external tools and platforms to ensure a seamless workflow and data consistency. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for coding practices, application configurations, and change management. • Conduct testing to validate functionality and performance of developed solutions in the ServiceNow environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system performance. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow and Nuvolo technologies, implementing improvements as needed.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust. • 4+ years of experience in developing applications within ServiceNow. • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly around IT services and Nuvolo implementations. • Proficient in JavaScript and frameworks associated with ServiceNow development. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred. • Proven ability to analyze requirements and provide innovative solutions. • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
