📋 Description

• Help lead the ServiceNow team in designing and developing out-of-the-box and custom solutions • Develop applications through configuration, report development, and data migration • Analyze, design, code, and test application components across one or more modules • Perform custom development and third-party integrations • Conduct unit testing and defect resolution • Migrate changes to production • Assist with technical design and documentation • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions supporting business requirements • Interact with clients, managers, and end users to analyze project objectives and capability requirements • Partner with clients and leadership to define challenges, outcomes, risks, dependencies, vision, and strategy • Support Product Owner with backlog, roadmap refinement, planning, and prioritization • Assist Support Team with escalated ServiceNow issues involving customized applications, permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows • Estimate work effort, design, code, and test solutions, and mitigate testing issues • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to respond to changing requirements and customer objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years ServiceNow implementation experience • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB/Configuration Management, and Virtual Agent • US Citizen • Active Top Secret security clearance • Must be local to DC • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
