📋 Description

• Analyze the organization and design business processes and systems • Assess the business model and integrate it with technology • Assess the current state and identify customer requirements • Define future business solutions • Research, gather, and synthesize information to facilitate testing of implemented solutions • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases • Work with business units to understand business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and operational context • Liaise between the business community and technical team • Participate in user and task analysis while maintaining the business community’s perspective • Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates • Build test cases from test scripts • Execute system integration testing and user acceptance testing • Create user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in JIRA

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Ability to understand client business needs, gather user stories and requirements, and comprehend testing phases • Knowledge of application functionality and current computer technology • US Citizenship required • Experience working with federal clients (nice to have) • Experience testing in Postman (nice to have) • Experience documenting user stories in JIRA (nice to have) • Familiarity with SQL and XML environments (nice to have) • Knowledge of web and reporting technology (nice to have) • Experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Studio (nice to have) • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
