📋 Description

• Conduct QA/QC assessments in residential homes according to program guidelines • Complete detailed and accurate field inspections verifying quantities and technologies against utility rebate applications • Interact with contractors and homeowners, answer questions about energy efficiency, and identify additional energy-saving opportunities • Contribute to program strategy evolution and the design of program features and services • Contribute to program marketing and outreach campaigns • Coordinate or schedule QA/QC activities, including field inspections • Prepare summary reports identifying additional opportunities found during QC visits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, energy, communication, or related studies • Candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education • 1+ years of professional work experience • Understanding of residential construction preferred • Clear and clean driving record • Must pass drug and background checks • Reliable vehicle for local travel • Basic mechanical skills • Ability to lift boxes no heavier than 30 pounds • Ability to climb stairs and ladders • Ability to drive, walk, stand, and perform above-head arm movements • Experience with MHIC licensed companies desired • Great interpersonal skills • Ability to promote energy-efficiency practices in the residential sector preferred • Experience performing residential inspections desired • Experience with energy-efficiency technologies and practices highly desirable • Experience working on successful energy-efficiency programs desired • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Customer service and/or sales conversion experience desired
