📋 Description

• Oversee complex business and system analysis, solution design, coding, and testing across enterprise SAP environments • Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and high-quality development outputs • Guide SAP development strategy and evaluate solution alternatives • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership • Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and logic flow documentation • Lead SAP development activities across multiple teams • Provide day-to-day oversight of development tasks, quality, standards, and project timelines • Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning for development workstreams • Mentor and train junior team members • Align SAP project goals with broader business and organizational objectives • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in SAP development processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP development experience • Extensive SAP project management experience • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and implementation practices • Proven leadership experience managing multiple development teams • Strong knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management • Ability to align SAP development activities with broader business strategies • Experience mentoring and developing team members • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current on SAP tools, technologies, and industry trends • U.S. Citizenship required • Eligible to obtain a minimum of a Public Trust Clearance • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
