📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions and oversee junior developers • Ensure best practices in development efforts • Identify development gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Interact with clients, managers, and end users to analyze project objectives and requirements • Partner with stakeholders to define challenges, desired outcomes, risks, and strategies • Support the Product Owner with product backlog and roadmap refinement • Assist with escalated issues involving customized applications and workflows • Provide work-effort estimates for projects and enhancements • Design, code, test, and deploy solutions using an iterative software development methodology • Perform custom development and third-party integrations • Conduct unit testing, defect resolution, and migration of changes to production • Assist with technical design and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders to build solutions supporting business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, HAM, SAM, CMDB, and Virtual Agent • Ability to maintain a flexible and proactive work environment • Experience interacting directly with clients and end users to analyze requirements and capabilities • Strong skills in defining project objectives, risks, and strategies with stakeholders • Experience in software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment • Proficiency in custom development and third-party integrations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Active Top Secret security clearance • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
