📋 Description

• Help lead the ServiceNow team in designing and developing out-of-the-box and custom solutions • Oversee junior developers' development work and ensure best practices • Drive code quality, security, and technical debt management • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Develop applications, including configuration, report development, and data migration • Analyze, design, code, and test application components • Perform custom development and third-party integrations • Conduct unit testing and defect resolution • Migrate changes to production • Assist with technical design and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to build ServiceNow solutions • Interact with clients, managers, and end users to analyze objectives and requirements • Define and document challenges, outcomes, risks, dependencies, vision, and strategy with clients and leadership • Support product backlog and roadmap refinement, planning, and prioritization • Assist support teams with escalated ServiceNow issues • Estimate work effort, design, code, and test solutions, and mitigate testing issues • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to respond to changing requirements and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years ServiceNow implementation experience • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB/Configuration Management, and Virtual Agent • US Citizen • Active Top Secret security clearance • Must be local to DC • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
