📋 Description

• Oversee testing activities for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations • Lead testing efforts across System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and quality processes • Define and track testing metrics, test execution progress, and defect resolution activities • Validate end-to-end business processes and system requirements using business and functional knowledge • Coordinate and lead quality engineers, client resources, and project stakeholders during testing cycles • Plan testing activities and manage project timelines • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Drive defect management, issue resolution, and testing readiness for production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading testing initiatives, including System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT • 2+ years of experience planning project work and reporting status to program stakeholders • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect management • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • US Citizen • Work authorization in the US that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Candidates currently employed by a client of Accenture Federal Services or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration
