• Partner with Product Management to develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products • Contribute to product positioning, messaging, value proposition development, launch planning, and competitive differentiation • Develop sales enablement materials, launch collateral, presentations, FAQs, and customer-facing resources • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives by identifying new applications and messaging opportunities • Partner with Applications to develop experimental plans addressing customer questions and generating commercially relevant data • Contribute to experimental design, prioritization, data interpretation, and study recommendations • Identify evidence gaps and recommend studies to strengthen product positioning and support commercialization • Manage external customer collaborations from project planning through final deliverables • Maintain understanding of next-generation sequencing technologies, applications, competitive products, and market trends • Translate complex scientific concepts into technical content for scientific and commercial audiences • Develop application notes, technical briefs, white papers, brochures, presentations, web content, blogs, videos, email campaigns, advertisements, and scientific posters • Partner with Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing on campaign messaging, website content, paid advertising, SEO content, digital campaigns, and eCommerce initiatives • Ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and technical rigor across marketing materials • Support conference strategy through presentations, workshops, posters, booth messaging, and outreach campaigns • Improve technical marketing processes, tools, and content
• Master’s degree with 6 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years relevant experience • Technical knowledge of next-generation sequencing and genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenomic applications • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling technical content for scientific and commercial audiences • Ability to develop technical marketing strategies aligned with customer needs, product positioning, and commercial objectives • Experience with experimental design, data interpretation, and technical validation • Strong scientific writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Experience developing application notes, technical briefs, presentations, white papers, and customer-facing content • Experience managing scientific collaborations with external customers, key opinion leaders, or strategic partners through final deliverables • Ability to synthesize technical data into product messaging, sales enablement materials, and marketing assets • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Initiative, scientific curiosity, and problem-solving ability • Ability to develop scientifically rigorous messaging consistent with a brand’s voice • Biotech and start-up experience highly desirable • Authorization to work in the United States and disclosure of current or future visa sponsorship needs • PDF application including a letter of motivation and resume or curriculum vitae • Three professional references may be requested if selected for interviews
