📋 Description

• Partner with the sales team to conduct discovery calls and recommend solutions based on customer needs • Provide advanced technical advice, counsel and expertise supporting sales of networked printing devices, associated software/servers, and professional and consulting services • Provide technical support during sales presentations, customer trainings, and delivery of professional services • Evaluate prospective customers, account strategy, and enterprise printing application solutions with the sales team • Participate in sales calls • Conduct on-site customer visits for meetings, surveys, and inspections • Advise customer IT staff as a technical expert • Collaborate on RFP responses • Provide ongoing project management support for large, complex solution architecture and implementation projects • Collaborate on product and product-application installation and integration • Generate professional services revenue independently of equipment and software sales • Conduct customer training classes • Provide installation and integration direction for advanced Color Solutions • Provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Relevant business experience relating to printing pre-sales/post-sales support in Large Format, office and production environments • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Quark XPress and/or other standard Color composition and management tools and respective file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF) • Ability to use and operate PostScript/PDF file handling tools, including Acrobat Pro Distiller • Extensive travel required, up to 70% with overnight stays • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required • Certified Color Management Professional Master • Additional Datastream knowledge—AFP, VIPP, PPML and LCDS/Metacode a plus • Understanding of complex systems solutions, integration and networking in Windows, UNIX and Macintosh environments • Ability to provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire • Visa sponsorship is not available
