📋 Description

• Provide configuration support to internal teams based on changing client business needs • Assist with system analysis, research, development, and testing • Recommend changes or improvements to existing processes • Provide technical guidance to the Customer Care Team • Enable API integrations for New Account Opening, eSign, Commissions, Compliance, CRM, and PreciseFP • Collaborate with developers on custom user interface design, build, and implementation • Assist with triage of JIRA tickets, including time-sensitive SLA-driven issues • Create and manage JIRA tickets through resolution • Troubleshoot third-party platform integrations with client development teams • Maintain document generation configuration and data mapping • Configure and validate workflow routing and API request/response payloads • Assist with deployments and post-deployment needs across Dev, Pre-Prod, UAT, and Production environments • Manage internal and external client communication, provide proactive updates, and set expectations through resolution • Coordinate priorities using Scrum methodologies within planned sprints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent business analysis experience • Minimum 2-4 years of experience is preferred • Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred • Experience testing and troubleshooting REST API calls is desirable • Experience working with Java, Oracle, HTML5, JavaScript, and SQL • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to complete project tasks on schedule while producing and maintaining quality work • Hands-on experience working within the Docupace system/platform is preferred
