📋 Description

• Work with Canon equipment and technologies • Build customer relationships through direct on-site service • Travel extensively within the US to install Canon Ink Jet products • Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system issues using established procedures • Deliver professional on-site service meeting or exceeding customer expectations • Complete Field Service Reports and Expense Reports • Maintain assigned Canon property • Assist with escalated technical or customer service issues • Guide less experienced technicians

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • 1–2 years of technical or field service experience • Basic understanding of internet/network environments • Strong mechanical aptitude • Ability to complete the 20-day PDIF training • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75–80%), including overnight stays typically lasting up to 2 weeks • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active for most of the workday • Comfortable with shift work, overtime, and weekend work • Customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire • Visa sponsorship is not supported
