📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic planning, content oversight, build-out and implementation of ALTOUR event technology solutions • Manage the day-to-day plan of action for assigned programs • Act as liaison and trusted advisor to guide clients through all technology services • Manage end-to-end event technology support from initial planning to execution • Create, manage, and adhere to project timelines, scope, and processes • Coordinate with technology suppliers, developers, graphic designers and coders • Assist clients in developing, writing, editing, and approving content for various platforms • Collaborate in a team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Related experience or education in hospitality, meeting, incentive, conference and event industries • Strong interest in technology and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly • Experience with event technology solutions or comparable technology platforms • Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills • A creative and design-oriented mind • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal team members, clients, and vendors • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Strong work ethic, organizational and time management skills • Strong customer service focus • Keen attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Database programs
