📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of highly complex, multi-national travel program implementations • Lead and manage implementation of new business after verbal award through go-live and ramp-up • Plan, lead, organize, and control multiple large project initiatives according to approved scope and schedule • Engage Sales, Solutions, and Operations to validate business scope, contract documents, technical specifications, and data analytics • Build scalable engineering structures and define implementation team roles and responsibilities • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable designs and manage change control • Implement complex business requirements using varied tools and technologies • Make first-line business decisions, develop ramp-up plans, identify risks, and create mitigation plans • Direct cross-functional implementation pods and support teams • Provide customers with best practices for deploying productions in their environments • Sign off on and test SOPs in partnership with IT • Ensure smooth transition to operations and post-implementation support • Interact with customer representatives from senior operations through end-users • Collaborate with customer and operations leadership to ensure process adherence • Work with project managers to identify issues and risks • Create documentation for transition to post-implementation support • Assess industry trends and recommend Engineering function improvements • Support Quality Driven Management techniques and data-driven decision-making • Define scalable global implementation playbooks • Navigate regional business practices, cultural expectations, and local market nuances • Coordinate geographically dispersed stakeholders across time zones • Orchestrate dependencies across ALTOUR and Internova operations, product, technology, finance, and client services teams • Manage dependencies with third-party vendors, GDS providers, OBTs, and external technology partners • Evaluate and extend ALTOUR technology stack components including GDS, mid/back office, automation layers, CRM, and servicing tools • Lead solution design balancing global standardization with regional or client-specific customization • Develop governance frameworks, decision models, escalation protocols, communication cadences, and reporting • Drive operational readiness, transition strategies, knowledge transfer, and regional onboarding • Ensure implementations align with contracts, SLAs, and client performance expectations • Leverage automation, workflow optimization, and advanced scripting such as Smart Flow / Smart Scripting • Analyze servicing models to optimize cost, efficiency, and consistency • Partner with product and technology teams on roadmap enhancements • Anticipate and manage regulatory, regional, and operational deployment risks • Establish implementation performance metrics and continuous improvement practices • Advise leadership on global travel program complexity, scalable growth strategies, and client solutioning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred • 10 years of relevant experience managing large global implementations • Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Experience managing others including contractors and suppliers • Customer service driven • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude • Understanding of Operational Excellence as it pertains to Labor Management Systems, Work Force Optimization, and Performance Coaching & Observation principles
