📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation plans for large, multi-branch home health and hospice accounts • Design phased go-live sequencing by region, branch tier, or clinical service line • Build and manage master implementation timelines across IT, clinical leadership, and branch operations • Anticipate failure points and create contingency plans • Lead virtual and on-site training for clinicians and office staff across multiple branches • Design and run train-the-trainer programs for branch-level champions • Provide targeted coaching for slower-adopting branches • Travel to customer sites for executive check-ins, regional kickoffs, and high-stakes go-lives • Serve as primary implementation contact for customer executive sponsors • Partner with Implementation Leadership on account strategy, executive business reviews, and renewal risk • Track and report implementation health • Identify and escalate at-risk implementations • Build trust with clinicians and branch leadership by understanding branch-specific workflows • Identify systemic adoption barriers and design interventions • Monitor account usage data and follow up with low-engagement branches or regions • Deliver post-go-live reinforcement training and manage continued adoption • Share frontline insights with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success • Surface enterprise-scale friction patterns • Contribute to case studies and reference-ability efforts for flagship enterprise accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in implementation, training, or customer success roles • Direct experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts • Proven track record leading implementations for large, multi-location organizations • Enterprise healthcare experience strongly preferred • Strong program/project management skills • Executive presence with senior leadership • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills • Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate it for non-technical, clinical audiences • Empathetic, patient, and able to hold a large organization accountable to a timeline • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup and operating with ambiguity • Willingness to travel 20% in the U.S. • Experience implementing or training clinicians on EMR/EHR or clinical software at scale is a plus • Home health or hospice experience is a plus • Background in change management, instructional design, or adult learning is a plus • Experience with LMS or training platforms and implementation/project tracking tools is a plus • Familiarity with home health and hospice workflows and regulatory context, including OASIS, PDGM, and visit compliance, is a plus
