📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping and project kickoff through go-live, keeping projects on schedule and within scope • Translate clients' workflows and requirements into system configuration, document and explain relevant details, and execute implementations • Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering and third parties • Lead training sessions and create general documentation and FAQs • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while keeping clients informed • Partner with sales to ensure seamless handoff and establish strong long-term relationships • Identify opportunities to improve implementation tools, processes, and LevPro products

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing software implementation and/or project management, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services, including 3-5 years of relevant experience in Leveraged Credit / Fixed Income • High proficiency in software systems and data tools, including Excel • Advanced proficiency with AI models such as Claude and ChatGPT • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent client implementations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to build client trust and credibility quickly and push back constructively when needed • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
