📋 Description

• Contribute to all aspects of the cyber security learning and awareness program • Assist in developing security awareness and training initiatives for employees and embedded contractors, including role-specific training • Enhance user engagement through training sessions, demonstrations, newsletters, and similar activities • Oversee global phishing, smishing, and vishing campaigns and collaborate with the Cyber Defense Team to align simulations with real-world threats • Track training assignment completion metrics and follow up with users and managers as needed • Solicit and interpret user feedback and assess areas of opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience with phishing simulation development - 3+ years • Proofpoint Security Awareness Training platform - 2+ years • Solid understanding of phishing attacks and mitigation against them • Experience in and exposure to cyber security risk and mitigation strategies, technologies, programs, and operations - 3+ years • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff • No sponsorship; work authorization required
