📋 Description

• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects • Perform work across multiple trades, including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, and light plumbing and electrical • Travel from home to job sites in Tampa Bay and nearby areas using a truck or van • Estimate work and perform home inspections when applicable • Troubleshoot and solve trade-related problems • Document work and prepare invoices • Manage own job sites • Interact directly with homeowners and property managers to suggest safety, preservation, and improvement work • Focus on hands-on tasks while franchise owners and office managers handle administrative operations • Deliver professional services to repeat and referral customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong work ethic • Professional appearance and demeanor • Good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact positively with clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel • Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman • Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience strongly preferred • Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work • Own standard set of tools for the required trades • Current and valid driver's license • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong documentation and invoicing skills • Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds • Ability to work as a W2 employee • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Willingness to submit to a background check during the hiring process
