📋 Description

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities • Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs • Supervise direct care staff, including behavior therapists, and travel between regionalized clients • Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software • Participate in organizational improvements using Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work independently with only general supervision • 3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs • 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists • Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months • Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required • Minimum Master’s Degree in psychology, education, social work or other related field • BCBA certification or clinical license • Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation • Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance • Experience working with children • Comfortable working in remote environments • Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff • Highly organized • Professional, positive attitude and appearance • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel as needed is preferred
