📋 Description

• Lead design for consumer acquisition and zero-to-one new product innovation • Own experiences that attract, compel, qualify, and convert consumers into Achieve members • Design the unified prequalification platform across Debt Resolution, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Multi-Product • Create AI-enabled and agentic acquisition flows • Design partnership and debt consolidation experiences • Lead design for Multi-Product, ALM, and Debt Navigator from concept through shipped product • Conduct rapid prototyping, concept validation, iterative testing, and experimentation • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data on Agile teams • Work directly with senior executives and stakeholders to shape product vision and design direction • Design and optimize engagement and conversion paths • Partner with Product and Data to identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and run measurable experiments • Perform qualitative and market research • Deliver end-to-end design from discovery through production-ready specifications • Operate independently across multiple concurrent workstreams • Set the design quality bar and direct and mentor contract design resources • Contribute to and evolve the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful consumer web products in agile, cross-functional environments • Experience operating at a staff-plus or design-lead level • Proven track record in growth/conversion design and zero-to-one product innovation • Ability to drive measurable business impact through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and user psychology in digital growth and acquisition • Exceptional rapid prototyping skills and comfort with ambiguity • Experience presenting, defending, and evolving design direction with very senior stakeholders • Strong UX design judgment and pragmatic implementation skills • High energy and strong work ethic • Proficiency with design, AI, and prototyping tools such as Figma and Claude • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic/Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, a related field, or another field with equivalent practical experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products, conversion/growth work, and zero-to-one design • Experience with AI-powered, agentic, or conversational product experiences preferred • Background in financial services or regulated industries preferred • Experience with experimentation frameworks or UX research preferred • Familiarity with design systems and scalable component design preferred • Experience influencing cross-functional and executive strategy through design insights preferred
