📋 Description

• Own design end-to-end across website, email and SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events • Ship polished, on-brand work for independent medspas • Contribute to integrated marketing plans and channel-level tactics for important practices • Build a template system for smaller practices • Streamline and document design workflows and establish appropriate SLAs • Identify, test, and implement AI design tools to reduce manual production time • Shape the design standard for the medspa industry • Collaborate with Marketing Services and support hundreds of independent medspas

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, including time owning design for a brand end-to-end • Portfolio spanning website, email/SMS, and event or experiential design • Experience in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness • Elevated taste and a clear point of view on high-end design • Experience contributing to marketing or campaign planning • Ability to write light copy accompanying the work • Experience building a creative, design, or marketing function, agency experience across multiple brand identities, or creative operations experience with hands-on design responsibility • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define systems • Hands-on experience with AI design tools and opinions on their appropriate use • Ability to work in the United States; application asks whether visa sponsorship will be required
