📋 Description

• Review clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) materials to determine pricing and proposal strategy • Assist with proposal-generation strategy to optimize sales • Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy • Assist with proposal and budget development, including Standard Operating Procedures • Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI) • Assist in creating and executing global pricing strategy • Help ensure global consistency of laboratory pricing • Facilitate communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory regarding pricing and proposals • Ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients • Interact with clients and participate in defense meetings as required

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS, or 3-8 years equivalent work experience in CRO, central laboratory or clinical trials required • 2 years’ experience in Business or Sales Support setting • Proficient in excel • Understanding of pricing and contractual documents desirable • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred • Experience with industry leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn preferred • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week • Sedentary role requiring prolonged sitting and computer work • Clear visual and auditory ability • Some roles may require flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license
