📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of Acorns’ product, business model, and financial outlook • Equip product managers and department leaders with monthly insights on business trends • Support short- and long-term financial plans • Assist in financial reporting and KPI variance analysis • Help drive key strategic initiatives • Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models, including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows • Build KPI frameworks • Analyze product line performance • Support high-impact decisions involving go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A • Create clear presentations to articulate findings to key stakeholders • Work directly with senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, legal, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field • One or more years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling, such as investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance • Ability to execute complex financial modeling, analyze raw data, and draw clear conclusions • Highly analytical mindset • High degree of organization, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Team-player mindset and willingness to be hands-on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment • Strong sense of ownership, pride of work, and ability to self-start • Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery • Passion for Acorns’ mission • Employment eligibility must be confirmed through E-Verify
