📋 Description

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows, including related footnotes and supporting documentation • Assist with review of XBRL tagging within 10-Q and 10-K filings • Draft quarterly and annual Management Discussion and Analysis reports with supporting documentation, including the quarterly fluctuation analysis • Maintain the financial reporting calendar and coordinate with finance, tax, corporate accounting, investor relations, and legal departments to meet financial reporting deadlines • Assist external auditors with quarterly reviews and annual audits • Perform preliminary research on new accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements • Maintain internal control documentation for financial reporting processes and alignment with SOX requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • 1-2 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting • Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement presentation • Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment • Able to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines • CPA candidate preferred
