📋 Description

• Support execution of direct media placements across offline channels, including TV, Radio, Print and OOH • Support execution across digital channels, including CTV and Streaming Audio • Work closely with the buying team to ensure smooth campaign execution • Maintain accurate reporting • Coordinate with vendors and media representatives • Develop understanding of direct media buy strategies • Contribute to campaign success through organization, attention to detail and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Media Buying experience required; relevant internships considered • Strong organizational and mathematical skills • Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines • Ability to establish good working relationships with media reps • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management • Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps and current clients • Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions • Excellent organizational skills to manage campaign details and timelines • Familiarity with buying platforms and tools, including SQAD, Freewheel/Strata, MediaOcean, Nielsen and Comscore • Ability to review insertion orders and invoices for accuracy
