📋 Description

• Own Home and core surfaces that help customers see financial progress, understand next steps, and stay motivated • Define a coherent engagement model across shared product surfaces • Develop understanding of changing customer needs throughout the financial journey • Identify experiences that help customers continue progressing • Lead product work end to end from discovery and strategy through delivery, measurement, and iteration • Shape partner-team experiences across shared surfaces • Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, legal and compliance, and marketing • Ship and iterate on experiences that deepen engagement and retention • Design and run experiments to test assumptions and identify improvements to long-term engagement • Use experiment learnings to advance retention goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience • Track record of building consumer experiences that drive repeat engagement and deepen customer relationships • Genuine empathy and curiosity about what motivates people to build and sustain healthy financial habits • Ability to make sound decisions amid ambiguity and move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and craft • Proven analytical rigor, including selecting meaningful metrics and analyzing performance deeply • Strong technical fluency and ability to understand systems behind product features • Hands-on use of AI tools for prototyping, pressure-testing scenarios, and synthesizing research • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery • Passion for Acorns' mission, vision, and values • Acorns participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility of newly hired employees
