📋 Description

• Drive progress across a key new product bet, including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat or RV insurance, or non-insurance ownership products • Ramp quickly on a new domain • Distill quantitative data from Data Science and qualitative insights from Customer Insights & Research to identify high-leverage priorities • Build and ship new products • Gather customer feedback quickly, apply learnings, and iterate • Own product execution from early concept or early launch through product-market fit and scaling • Contribute to the product roadmap • Take ownership of a new product area and its operational complexity, customer personas, pain points, and path to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup • Consumer product instincts from direct product-building experience or close work alongside consumer product teams • Comfort with data; ability to run independent analyses and build conviction from messy signals • Analytical strength and ability to develop clear hypotheses from data • Curiosity and first-principles thinking • Ownership mentality and responsibility for fixing problems beyond one's immediate swim lane • Empathy and curiosity about customer thoughts, feelings, and behaviors • Strong follow-through and diligence • Must currently reside in one of the listed eligible locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
