📋 Description

• Partner with customers to define, document, and validate software feature scope, functionality, and usability requirements • Translate discovery findings into user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes • Manage customer expectations around feature development timelines, releases, and training • Represent the product in demos, training sessions, and technical sales support • Use AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code platforms, and vibe coding to produce interactive prototypes • Demonstrate feature concepts to internal teams and customers using working builds • Champion AI-augmented workflows, including prompt engineering, automated test case generation, and rapid documentation • Stay current with AI tooling and bring high-value techniques to the team • Own and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and visuals • Collaborate with developers, QA, and design to ensure features are built, tested, and shipped to specification and schedule • Communicate sprint progress, milestones, risks, and blockers • Author and maintain customer-facing content including user manuals, in-app help, best-practices guides, and release notes • Develop internal feature specifications, process guides, and onboarding materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a product role—product management, product development, or a hybrid builder/PM function • Demonstrable history of using AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to build and ship working prototypes • Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and acceptance-criteria definition • Experience writing functional requirements and detailed test cases in an Agile environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast, ambiguous, high-ownership environment of a small, growth-stage company • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard SaaS collaboration platforms
