📋 Description

• Define the product strategy and roadmap • Deliver product market requirements documents with prioritized features and justifications • Use AI tools to create product prototypes and requirements • Monitor and analyze competition • Develop product positioning and messaging • Perform product demonstrations for customers • Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools • Propose an overall budget for product success • Briefly train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings • Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence business decisions without direct authority • Align stakeholders and ensure team consensus to bring products to market • Commercialize new products to drive market adoption and revenue growth • Manage the product or product line throughout its lifecycle • Act as a leader within the company • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or another field demonstrating technical expertise, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in quality measurement and reporting • Deep understanding of NCQA HEDIS and CMS Star measure specifications and requirements • Deep understanding of payer claims billing workflow • Domain knowledge of 837P/EDI standards • Strong analytical and product management skills • Ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements • Demonstrated success defining and launching web-based services and products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and diverse groups • Technical background with experience in software development • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL querying • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with urgency • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Ability to work within a matrixed organization • Travel as assigned by Leadership (10-15%) • Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must provide a dedicated, secure work area
