📋 Description

• Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy for Lattice and its customers • Decide which features and integrations to pursue and define the role of MCP and AI at Lattice • Deliver MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors • Build authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evaluations for scalable integrations • Shape technical direction for MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure • Partner with Partnerships and Product Marketing to launch integrations • Own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience • Meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces, built end-to-end • Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem • Strong technical fluency with third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, webhooks, and auth/OAuth • Ability to hold architecture conversations with engineers and partner CTOs • Track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations with engineering • Experience launching partner or marketplace initiatives with go-to-market teams • Evidence of turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage • Clear, confident communication • Bias for action and ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving space
