📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing management of Medicare Part D products • Coordinate Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) offerings • Own plan design, competitive intelligence, annual bid activities, and bid quality oversight • Drive cross-functional execution to support product performance and growth • Manage and develop a team • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and clinical stakeholders • Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and product performance • Inform strategic planning and support new product development • Ensure effective management of a complex Medicare product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting • Two years’ experience managing and leading teams with experience in hiring and training staff and managing a departmental budget • Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management • Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization • Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload • Organizational skills and detail-oriented • Verbal and written communication skills • Medicare Part D (PDP/MAPD) and/or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience preferred • Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration preferred • MBA preferred • Health care industry experience preferred • Must work remotely from within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law
