📋 Description

• Translate product vision into actionable plans for a seamless, scalable customer onboarding experience • Operationalize the customer onboarding journey through intuitive, self-service experiences • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations stakeholders • Prioritize initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and maintain outcome-driven backlogs • Design and evolve onboarding processes incorporating existing and newly acquired products • Build a flexible onboarding foundation that scales for future acquisitions and portfolio expansion • Support customer success and technical support teams and their onboarding tooling • Facilitate project kickoffs and define detailed requirements • Ensure engineering documentation aligns with business objectives • Leverage telemetry and customer feedback to optimize onboarding • Track progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive cross-functional alignment • Present and evangelize new components across organizational levels • Maintain project backlogs, verify epics and stories are prioritized and ready for grooming • Report telemetry insights and recommendations at staff meetings • Attend ceremonies, demos, and sprint activities; accept completed results • Escalate delays, blockers, and non-prioritized requests • Help define product strategy and understand roadmap impacts across affiliated engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of customer onboarding workflows, product integrations, customer outcomes, and operational metrics • Knowledge of at least one service function and high-level understanding of other service functions, tools, outcomes, and business metrics • Experience collaborating with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and PJMs • Ability to run project kick-offs, facilitate project breakdowns, create epics, size stories, and gather detailed requirements • Experience prioritizing projects across multiple teams and analyzing cost and trade-offs • Experience with Jira and Aha! artifacts • Ability to interpret telemetry, usage, statistics, and cost data • Ability to maintain backlogs with priorities, sizing, and Acceptance Criteria • Ability to track project status and progress using charts, Jira, and reports • Background checks are required • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, if applicable
