📋 Description

• Positively impact sales volume through in-house and point-of-sale involvement • Greet customers, determine their needs, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and suggest products using service and selling strategies • Maintain cosmetic line merchandising concepts, including cleanliness, organization, gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers • Participate in day-to-day cosmetic line business, animation, and in-store events • Pursue additional product knowledge and artistry techniques • Participate in store meetings and training seminars • Attract new clients and engage them quickly • Create an amazing experience for clients through high-touch service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 1 year make up sales or make-up artist experience preferred • Comfortable approaching and speaking with store customers • Strong selling skills • Goal oriented • Ability to do basic beauty make-up • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for long periods as needed • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
