📋 Description

• Act as a supporting point of contact with clients, maintain relationships, and assist with strategic planning • Help manage execution of client-specific initiatives across departments within Mosaic • Guide the timeliness and accuracy of reporting and tracking mechanisms for performance metrics • Define, monitor, and provide feedback on key performance metrics • Provide overall direction to the team and take action when metrics are not met • Coordinate with internal shared services to align delivery with client expectations • Organize training content in the learning platform for current and new-hire associates • Develop and facilitate communication and training strategies • Support team tactics and identify services and resources needed for implementation or improvement • Improve processes and implement efficiencies • Develop and manage field performance measurement tools, including scorecards, reports, and KPIs • Identify field issues and collaborate on solutions • Track and maintain event budgets and ensure bottom-line project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client services or project management experience in an agency, retail, merchandising, or marketing environment • Proven success in client relationship development, management, retention, and growth • Previous experience working with partner agencies • Superior observational, analytical, and communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to schedule tasks and people to meet program goals • Superior interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Google Suite tools and aptitude to work in a digital work environment • Strong client communication, insight, analysis, and program reporting skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities • Flexibility to work beyond Monday through Friday during peak times • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar combination of education and/or relevant experience preferred • CRM knowledge, including Salesforce or HubSpot, preferred
