• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted leader for District Managers in the assigned region • Oversee merchandising, brand ambassador, and field execution services • Build relationships with field specialists, District Managers, store leadership, retailers, and client partners • Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop the regional field management team • Monitor reporting on scheduling, staffing, performance, coaching activity, follow-up actions, and execution • Manage team training, onboarding, communication, and field execution • Complete reports and evaluate performance against program goals, metrics, timelines, and client expectations • Partner with Team Leaders and internal stakeholders to review reporting and drive continuous improvement • Communicate field issues, staffing concerns, performance gaps, representative fallout, and program challenges to leadership • Manage regional expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and program guidelines • Work from a home office while traveling to client/Mosaic headquarters, retailers, and field locations • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma/GED • Three or more years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, field marketing, or a related environment • Demonstrated supervisory or people leadership experience • Experience supporting retail merchandising, retail operations, grocery, club, or big-box retail environments strongly preferred • Required home office space with broadband Internet connectivity • Strong computer proficiency, including internet, email, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Evidence of insurance and written agreement to keep insurance current when using a personal vehicle for business purposes • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage people, projects, and deadlines • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and meet client expectations • Coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Ability to participate in weekly team conference calls • Ability to conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders • Willingness and ability to travel weekly or bi-weekly within the assigned territory and as business needs require
