📋 Description

• Mentor a team of sales representatives visiting households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada • Coach representatives one-on-one and in group settings in the field • Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts • Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales, and performance requirements • Use data to identify gaps and areas for improvement • Assist with reporting in the assigned district • Coach and develop employees providing merchandising evaluation, premium customer service, product knowledge, and resolution or escalation support via calls, chats, text, and email

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent in industry name required • 2 years’ experience mentoring remote sales teams • Passionate about leading and developing strong sales teams • Hands-on leadership approach • Ability to foster a culture of enthusiasm and continuous improvement • Ability to travel • Seeing ability • Listening ability
