📋 Description

• Provide leadership and management to Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser teams in an assigned geographic area • Interview and hire candidates; onboard and train new associates • Manage performance and career development; handle conflict and personnel issues; provide coaching and support • Develop and maintain understanding of the company business model, client and customer expectations, and work processes • Attend meetings and handle administrative tasks, recruiting, investigations, compliance reports, emails, escalations, and HR documentation • Manage assigned work to completion on time and with high-quality results • Review project schedules and supporting documentation • Assign work, monitor progress, audit work, answer questions, solve problems, resolve personnel issues, and adjust resources • Ensure delivery of necessary materials, supplies, and equipment • Understand and optimize selling effectiveness in assigned territories • Identify training needs and system/work-process improvements • Partner with store personnel and the team to achieve merchandising excellence • Ensure company policies, equipment maintenance, expense reporting, and activity reporting requirements are followed • Communicate territory responsibilities and retail priorities using technology and reporting systems • Meet the physical requirements of the role • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Some college with prior management/supervisory experience and a minimum of 2+ years industry experience • Prior sales agent, retail, customer service or reset responsibility • Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills • Effective communication skills • Self-starter with strong attention to detail • Quick learner and flexibility to changing work environments • Valid driver’s license • Valid transportation • Ability to drive a car for extended periods of time
