📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Retail Coverage Merchandiser and Lead Merchandiser team in the assigned geographic area • Interview and hire candidates; onboard and train new associates • Manage performance and career development, handle conflict and personnel issues, and provide coaching and support • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company business model, clients, customers, expectations, and work processes • Attend meetings and handle administrative tasks, investigations, compliance reports, emails, escalations, and HR documentation • Manage assigned work to completion on time and with high-quality results • Review project schedules and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and current • Assign work, monitor progress, audit work, answer questions, solve problems, adjust resources, and ensure delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment • Optimize selling effectiveness in assigned territories and identify training and process improvement needs • Partner with store personnel and the team to achieve merchandising excellence • Discuss schedules and changes, meet goals, and build effective working relationships • Alert management to unsafe acts or conditions • Ensure compliance with company policies, equipment maintenance, expense reporting, and activity reporting guidelines • Communicate territory responsibilities and retail priorities using reporting systems and technology • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Some college with prior management/supervisory experience and a minimum of 2+ years industry experience • Prior sales agent, retail, customer service or reset responsibility • Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills • Self-starter with strong attention to detail • Quick learner and flexibility to changing work environments • Valid driver’s license and valid transportation • Ability to drive a car for extended periods of time • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day • Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods • Ability to lift and carry items typically weighing 20+ pounds • Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally • Ability to maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work • Ability to follow clear directions • Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day
