📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of visitor management, access control, and intrusion products from requirements through release • Coordinate across R&D, engineering, product management, supply chain, compliance, third-party partners, support, and marketing • Lead Agile practices and keep stakeholders aligned • Estimate, plan, and schedule project timelines, milestones, sprint cadences, and resource allocation • Build and maintain Jira project sprints covering software, firmware, and hardware dependencies, manufacturing lead times, and certification windows • Track capacity and velocity and adjust plans as priorities change • Organize and facilitate project kick-offs, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to set priorities and align backlogs with business goals • Guide Agile teams, promote transparency and continuous improvement, and hold teams accountable • Act as an escalation point, remove obstacles, and facilitate decisions • Improve Agile and project management processes, tools, and best practices • Identify, assess, and track project risks, dependencies, and issues • Maintain risk registers with owners, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies • Monitor supply chain, component, third-party, certification, and compliance risks • Escalate blockers with impact analysis and recommended options • Plan and coordinate releases across engineering, QA, and Product • Define and reinforce release readiness criteria and conduct go/no-go reviews • Provide stakeholders with visibility into schedules, status, resources, risks, and costs • Produce monthly status updates, dashboards, and KPIs • Manage communications with third-party partners, vendors, and contract manufacturers • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive documented decisions • Build working relationships across onsite and remote teams and time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or Engineering • At least 3–5 years of post-graduate experience in Agile project management • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred • PMP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP is an advantage • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of products across multiple teams • Strong experience delivering complex software or firmware products • Hardware delivery experience is an advantage • Excellent knowledge of Agile and project management principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models • Demonstrated experience in risk management, release management, and building integrated project schedules • Strong leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills • Hands-on experience managing Epics, Stories, and issues in Jira • Familiarity with Confluence and reporting dashboards is a plus • Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing processes, or supply chain is an advantage • Experience working with distributed or remote teams and external partners • Determined, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
