📋 Description

• Evaluate and compile objectives and opportunities for improving and streamlining IT systems and internal workflows • Plan and lead implementation of supportive business solutions • Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of time and cost efficiencies • Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM data management best practices • Advise teams on workflow and systems best practices, project planning, and execution • Support the Enterprise Systems Manager in leading projects and critical initiatives • Partner with business stakeholders and recommend solutions • Maximize existing systems before seeking new ones • Assist with Business Continuity Planning • Assess risk and manage system costs across the software stack • Document processes, pain points, assumptions, gaps, and automation opportunities • Provide backup administration for Finance tooling, CRM platforms, support ticketing systems, and HRIS • Manage user roles and permissions, item configuration, reporting changes, and related administrative duties • Define KPIs, analyze data, report program metrics, and drive technology and workflow investments • Estimate upgrade and improvement costs and track software and hardware costs during implementation • Document and diagram key system configurations • Support stakeholder process documentation • Implement, monitor, and help diagnose integrations with CRM-connected systems and third-party tools • Complete supplementary projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of CRM management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills • Ability to adjust communication focus, format, vocabulary, and detail to the audience and goals • Solid analytical mindset • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong project management skills • Team-oriented and growth mindset • Ability to connect work to strategic context and organizational mission • Demonstrated history of self-directed, proactive, and intentional work • Outcome-oriented approach and ability to explore and resolve conflict • Comfort with challenging conversations and working outside one's comfort zone • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript preferred • Ability to support automation, data scripting, and systems integration tasks • Availability during established regular business hours, Monday–Friday • Ability to work occasional off-shift periods during system downtime for maintenance and troubleshooting • Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack • Must be able to pass a background check at the time of offer • ActBlue is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
