📋 Description
• Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery • Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs • Effectively set timelines and manage teams to deadlines • Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority • A track record for being able to successfully organize, implement and manage complex programs and projects • Deep interest in AI systems — direct AI/ML experience valued but not required.
