📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between departments, senior leadership, and business partners • Provide guidance, reporting, analysis, and technical support for financial systems housed in NetSuite • Maintain data integrity, consistency, and reporting for financial decision-making • Configure and customize ERP/General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Travel, and Reimbursement systems • Develop and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and records • Act as a subject matter expert on ERP configuration, customization, data, and reporting • Troubleshoot ERP issues, resolve problems, and guide users • Conduct NetSuite training for new and existing users • Build automation for manual processes and NetSuite GL/NSPB reporting • Support ERP integrations and system implementations • Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces with Stripe, Navan, Rippling, Expensify, American Express, Uber/Lyft, and Amalgamated Bank • Implement system updates and releases without production interruption • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Complete supplementary projects aligned with organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of ERP platform management experience, including NetSuite ERP and NetSuite NSPB • Experience with payment processor, tax, and payroll integration with ERP • Solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred • Experience with Stripe, Avalara tax, and Rippling is a plus • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT/SQL script practices • Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills • Analytical mindset, interpersonal communication skills, and project management skills • Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack • Availability during regular business hours, Monday–Friday • ActBlue is unable to sponsor work visas • Must consent to a background check at the time of offer
