📋 Description

• Own shared agent capabilities that improve AcuityAI and help other teams build faster • Understand customer problems, define desired outcomes and acceptance criteria, prioritize work, and ship thoughtfully • Prototype, test, and deliver new agentic capabilities with engineering and cross-functional teams • Partner with customers, product marketing, and other teams to discover unmet needs and turn them into scalable software • Integrate AI into research, analysis, content generation, and product capabilities using LLMs and automation • Drive a compelling roadmap and communicate goals and outcomes clearly in meetings and writing • Balance short- and long-term product bets while maintaining measurable outcomes and long-term product vision • Own key metrics to measure and improve product and business outcomes • Build and refine AcuityMD's data assets, products, models, and platform • Work cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B • Successful record of managing and shipping software products • 1+ years leading and building AI solutions • Experience building complex data products as part of a cross-functional team • Practical hands-on technical experience, including digging into data, building code with AI tools, and tracking metrics • Strong grasp of product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, metrics, user feedback loops, and go-to-market alignment • Adept at using AI tools daily and experience delivering AI-powered features • Realistic understanding of LLM capabilities and limits • Ability to make tradeoffs in ambiguous environments while handling technical constraints and business priorities • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and concisely using data • Curiosity, customer empathy, bias toward action, and comfort with ambiguity • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA • Nice to have: healthcare-specific data products experience • Nice to have: product management experience in vertical growth-stage AI solutions • Nice to have: experience with LLM integration, data-driven solutions, or complex user roles/personas • Nice to have: ability to build prototypes with tools like Claude Code • Nice to have: demonstrated mentorship or leadership in previous PM roles
