📋 Description

• Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned to strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes • Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcome-based prioritization • Define clear problem statements and success criteria in partnership with users and stakeholders • Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions • Advocate for intuitive experiences and contribute to solution design from concept through execution • Identify and apply AI, including GenAI and agentic technology, rapidly experimenting to responsibly scale ideas into production • Develop innovative ways to provide knowledge to AI agents • Work with stakeholders to audit existing knowledge sources • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate how knowledge is translated into the product • Collaborate across engineering, UX, architecture, and business to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience with a strong execution track record • Experience working with AI technologies (Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS); scaling AI-powered products is a plus • Proficiency in Agile product development • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Background investigation required • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating required for home working • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
